Q -- Where will my item ship from?
I am located in Florida in the United States. All items will ship from here.
Q -- When will my item ship?
A -- Shipping times are 5-10 business days for normal orders. You will receive a shipping notification email when your order is fulfilled. Please note that the tracking might not update for up to 48 hours.
If your parcel is due to be shipped on a day where the postal service is not running (e.g. National holidays), your parcel will be shipped the following b business day. Bad weather conditions can also delay shipping, so please be aware that if your city is experiencing very bad weather, shipping of your parcel may be delayed.
Once I hand a parcel over to the Post Office, it is out of my hands. There is nothing I can do to retrieve a parcel that the Post Office has lost. The tracking info you see is the exact same info I see.
For Pre-Order and dyed to order yarns, shipping times may vary. Please check the actual listing for current turnaround time. Please keep in mind that while I do my very best to meet the turnaround time it does not take into account things that are out of my control such as illness, weather and my inability to get wholesale product. Q -- I live outside the US. Will I incur any fees?
A -- Tax and duty fees may be applied for international orders, depending on your location and value of your order. The customer is responsible for these fees, so please keep this in mind and make sure you are aware of your country's import guidelines before ordering. Should you decide against paying any fees imposed on the parcel prior to it being released to you, you may reject the parcel, and it will be returned to me and I will happy to provide a refund of the costs of the items (sans shipping costs) once I receive the parcel back in my hands.
Q -- Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A -- I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q -- What type of environment is your yarn dyed in?
A -- I dye your yarn in my cat friendly, smoke free home. I do my best to keep my kitties away from the yarn but I can not guarantee your yarn will be dander free. One of my hairs may occasionally sneak in due to my being a human.
Q -- What form is the yarn shipped in?
A -- All yarn is shipped in skein/hank form, and will need to be wound into a cake or ball before using. I do not offer caking service at this time. Some photos are taken using a gobstopper ball to show the striping sequence, but is not shipped that way.
Q -- How do I care for the projects I make with hand dyed yarn?
A -- Wash and soak projects with cool water, wool wash and a color catcher. As with all hand dyed yarn, some bleeding can be expected upon first wash. Lay flat and always air dry.
Q -- Is the yarn I will receive the same exact yarn as the photo?
A -- I use stock photos to represent the colorway. I use the exact same recipe for each batch of yarn with lots of love, and care. There may be slight variations between batches and skeins, as each skein is dyed by hand. Sometimes new jars of powder dye vary as well. The color being wrong will not be grounds for a refund. I do my best to photograph my yarn in natural lighting, however all monitors vary in color.
